  • Favorites. Consumers will be allowed to create an account and save their favorite plans for later viewing. If they forget to add plans to their favorites, we have them covered. We will have a history of plans viewed available in their account to facilitate finding that great plan they forgot to save.
  • Easy, secure ordering. We do all we can to assure that customer information is secure and encrypted.
  • Order tracking. With the cooperation of our Designers and Architects, consumers will be allowed to track their orders online.
  • You choose your own pricing schedule. Just send us your price schedule and we will add it to our database.
  • Multiple plan views. Small plan images are hard to read. Consumers can easily make them larger for a closer look.
  • We offer the ability to view an image and/or plan in reverse so a customer can easily see what a mirrored home plan looks like.
  • You can add an unlimited number of images for each home plan. Market your plan better with inside views, other exterior elevations, etc.
  • We have developed a system that allows you to includ an unlimited number of options with your home plans. For example, you may wish to add mirror sets, or energy information. In addition, you can specify the price of the option, or make it free if you wish.
  • Our e-commerce system also allows an unlimited number of attributes. This means that features unique to your home plans are seen by the customer.
  • We have developed a separate web interface for Designers and Architects that will allow them to add and edit plans, get updates and histories of orders, manage their pricing schedule, etc. Currently, as a service to you, we will add your plans for you. Soon we will make this available to Designers and Architects and provide them with passwords for access.
  • Builders are the main focus at The Plan Collection. They are the repeat customers. Most of our marketing efforts will be made in this direction. Upon establishing a database of home designs, we plan to advertise through builder magazines, mailings, etc.
  • We handle the technical details. We plan to implement new features using the latest technology. Our engineers handle the details.
  • We take care of payment processing and mail you a check for the plans sold during that month.
