House Plan Description
The Prairie River is an interesting plan designed for the master suite. Among our Southwest house plans, this one stands out as unique. The main floor consist of a large foyer, and adjacent study, a spacious family room, the master bedroom, and a kitchen and dining wing. The upper floor is connected only to the master bedroom and houses the master bath. Finishing the basement floor plan as shown adds another three bedrooms, two bathrooms, a theater, and a rec room.
