Step inside from the front porch with its tapered columns and enter into the foyer. To the right is the flex room which could be used as a dining room, an office/study, or guest room. Straight ahead is the impressive great room with its sloped, trayed ceiling, impressive fireplace, and views to the covered porch and rear yard. Steps away are the large breakfast room and the open-concept kitchen. A long eating bar separates the two spaces. The kitchen is chef-worthy with a large kitchen island and plenty of counter space.
The three bedrooms are configured in a split-bedroom layout, providing significant privacy and square footage for the master suite. The master bedroom has a trayed ceiling. The master bathroom is truly impressive with separate his-and-her sink vanities, a large tub, a separate shower, and a water closet. At either end of the spa-like bath are his-and-her walk-in closets. Bedrooms #2 and #3 are on the other side of the floor plan and share a hallway bathroom. Need more space? There is an unfinished bonus room above the garage.
