This is a great move-up for growing families home. This 2-story farmhouse-style home has 4 to 6 bedrooms and 2.5 to 3.5 baths with ceiling heights of 9 and 8 feet. Above grade, there are 3296 square feet plus additional square footage with the optional finished basement, which gives a total of 4705 living square feet.
The long, wide covered front porch is inviting -- and a perfect place to relax and enjoy the day. From the porch, step inside to the entry hall which is flanked on one side with double doors to the study. On the other side is the great room with its spacious and open floor plan design. The fireplace is the focal point of the room. Steps away, you will find a large kitchen which is ideal for a growing family. The kitchen island can easily seat four while the dining area offers plenty of space. A powder room and a mudroom with storage and a closet leading to the 2-car garage complete the main level.
