This lovely Country style home plan with Cottage influences (House Plan #178-1303) has 1692 square feet of living space. The 1.5 story floor plan includes 3 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms, and 1 half bath.
This charming Country-style house plan makes you feel right at home. Enter the home plan from the covered front porch, and from the foyer you have immediate access to a staircase that leads to the second floor and the two-car, front-entry garage. Continue straight into the home and the spacious living room, which features a wonderful built-in fireplace. The open floor plan of the home allows the living room to seamlessly flow right into the kitchen and dining room. The kitchen features a practical L-shape design and an oversize island with a built-in eating bar. The dining room has a door that leads you to the rear of the house. From the kitchen you can enter a hallway that leads to the house plan's half bathroom, main-floor laundry room, and master suite.
