Farmhouse style meets modern ranch living in this stunning one-story, 3-bedroom home. The wide front porch with boxed columns makes for a handsome entrance. The front gable above the double-door entry makes the whole home seem larger and more impressive. All of this is well balanced by the front symmetry of the exterior.

While only 1993 square feet of living space, the open floor plan and 10-foot ceilings in the main rooms create a large and spacious feel inside. From the foyer, you can enter the formal dining room or head straight into the great room with its fireplace, built-ins, and wall of windows looking out to the rear porch. The great room flows seamlessly into the kitchen and breakfast area. The kitchen boasts an island with an eating bar and easy access to the dining room.
