3-Bedroom, 2729 Sq Ft Farmhouse Plan with Walk-in Kitchen Pantry

Each plan set includes the following:

• Cover Sheet - project statistics, including square footage, 3D images (typically), general notes, and drawings sheet index.
• Foundation/basement plan - showing room/wall layout, beams, posts, joist direction, and often electrical outlets, switches, and light locations.
• Main Level Plan - floor plan rooms and walls dimensioned, window and door sizes noted, plumbing, millwork locations, and other general notes.
• Upper-Level Plan (if needed) - same information as Main Level.
• Main Level Electrical Plan - electrical outlets, switches, and light locations shown.
• Upper-Level Electrical Plan (if needed) - electrical outlets, switches, and light locations shown. (sometimes just the lighting is shown)
• Exterior Elevations - Elevations of the Front and Right side with notes, dimensions, and material designations.
• Sections and details - One or more building sections to show vertical relationships and construction plate heights, details as needed.

These items are NOT included:

• Architectural or Engineering Stamp - handled locally if required.
• Site Plan - handled locally when required.
• Mechanical Drawings (location of heating and air equipment and ductwork) - your subcontractors handle this.
• Plumbing Drawings (drawings showing the actual plumbing pipe sizes and locations) - your subcontractors handle this.
• Energy calculations - handled locally when required.
