This adorable Cottage-style home plan invites you in with its charming exterior. Enter the home from the covered front porch, and step right into the living room. The living room is spacious with sloped 10-foot ceilings. The open floor plan allows the living room to flow right into the formal dining room. This creates a wonderful social atmosphere throughout the house plan. Continue through the dining room and into the kitchen. The kitchen features a small peninsula that overhangs into the dining room. From the kitchen, you have access to the main-floor laundry, a half bathroom, and the covered rear porch.
Back in the living room, you have access to the master suite. The bedroom is voluminous with 8-foot ceilings, and from the bedroom you have access ro the ensuite bathroom and the walk in closet. Outside of the bedroom are stairs leading to the home plan's second floor. In the upper floor plan, you will find two other bedrooms. Each bedroom has a built-in closet and 8-foot ceilings.
