      This is a 3 story Modern building with mezzanine level and a functional roof deck level. It has  1,588 square feet total heated area that utilized and maximized every available space of the property. A balcony is provided for the most important space in the house for the enjoyment of the surrounding neighborhood.

Each plan set includes the following:
