The foundation plans show style (crawl, basement, etc) but no structural is called out and disclaimer notes are on the plans indicating that a “licensed Structural Engineer holding a valid license in the state of the Authority Have Jurisdiction to design the foundation, framing and other structural components of this house in accordance with all local, state and national ordinances.” PLEASE NOTE! On some plans, Optional Foundations & 2x6 Conversions could take up to TWO WEEKS to produce.
