Enter this charming Country-style home plan from its spacious full-width front porch. Step into the foyer, and you have immediate access to the formal dining room. Continue straight into the home, and you step into the living room. This home has an open floor plan, allowing the living room to seamlessly flow into the kitchen and breakfast nook. The living room has a built-in fireplace and a door that leads to the screened porch. The screened porch opens up to a rear porch on either end. The house plan's kitchen features expansive counter space and a peninsula with a built-in eating bar that overhangs into the breakfast nook. From the kitchen, you have access to the main-floor laundry room and garages.
On the opposite side of the main floor, you can find the master suite, which you can access from the living room. When you step into the roomy master bedroom, you can continue into the split master bathroom with dual sinks and soaking tub. The bathroom flows into the large walk-in closet.
On the second floor, you will find two more bedrooms. Each bedroom has a walk-in closet and 8-foot ceilings. They both share a split bathroom. Also on this floor is an optional game room.
