This beautiful Southwest house plan allows you to live large in its 2988-square-foot floor plan. Enter the home plan from the covered patio into the entry and the living roong room, with its tray ceiling. Make a right, and enter the open floor plan, which blends the dining area, family room, and kitchen and over sized two-car garagein one Great Room. The laundry room – and exit to the garage – is behind the kitchen. The master suite, with its walk-in closet and luxurious split master bathroom, is on the left side of the house. Adjacent to that is a unique octagonal bedroom with private bath. On the other side of hte house are two other bedrooms, which share a split bathroom.
Each plan set includes the following:
- FLOOR PLAN: Showing all dimensions, window and door locations, laminated beams, columns, floor materials, ceiling heights, fireplace size, and specifications.
- FOUNDATION PLAN: Dimensioned plan detailing the location and size of footings, slabs, reinforcing steel, and other structural elements that are required to support the load of the upper floors.
- ELECTRICAL LAYOUT: Specifications, notes, schedules, and plan defining the location of panels, service, lighting fixtures, switches, outlets, fans, etc.
- FRONT, REAR, AND SIDE ELEVATIONS: The front, rear, and side elevations of the house as drawn. Shows placement of doors & windows on exterior of house, as well as roof pitches, ridge heights, and locations of chimney, exterior vents, etc. The elevations show the positioning of the final grade of the lot, exterior finishes, and other details that are necessary to give the home exterior architectural styling.
