• foundation plan with typical details
• floor plans with ceiling framing notes
• four exterior views of exterior
• roof plan, and rafter layout plan
• full cross section through house, and typical wall sections
• stair section (if there are stairs)
• Bonus room/garage section if there is a bonus room/garage
• Interior cabinet drawings
• Misc. structural details
• Electrical plan with lighting, outlets, switches, etc..

Not Included:

• Architectural or Engineering Stamp - handled locally if required.
• Site Plan - handled locally when required.
• Mechanical Drawings (location of heating and air equipment and ductwork) - your subcontractors handle this.
