One of our most popular plans, this attractive country-style home with farmhouse details (House Plan #141-1304) has 1653 square feet of living space. The 1-story floor plan includes 3 bedrooms. Step in from the covered front porch into an open floor plan design. You are first greeted by the spacious great room with fireplace and 10-foot ceilings. To the rear is the open-concept kitchen and large dining area - both with views to the rear porch.
The split-bedroom layout provides for plenty of space - and privacy - for the master suite. We love the master bath with its dual vanities, private toilet, jet tub and shower. Plus, we can't forget about the walk-in closet! On the other side of the floor plan are two additional bedrooms with a shared bath.
Head downstairs to the basement - an unfinished bonus area and great for storage.
