This ranch duplex makes the most of every square foot of living space. The design itself has been configured to have much of the home facing the rear of the property -- creating greater privacy -- and offering plenty of windows for natural light. The great room and kitchen are the hub of the layout. A covered rear porch is perfect for those summer days. The master suite includes his-and-her walk-in closets and a master bath with his-and-her sink vanities as well as a shower and tub. Bedroom #2 and #3 share a hall bathroom. Each unit has 1379 living square feet, 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and an attached 2-car garage.
