This Traditional style country home is a great plan for a corner lot, with its side-load garage. The open concept floor plan covers a total finished and unfinished area of 3,776 square feet under its roof with a 655-square-foot garage, 387 square feet of porch area, and 2734 square feet of finished living space. The 2-car garage is located at the front with its door opening at the left side.

Stepping up to the house, you'll be welcomed by the L-shape covered front porch and entry door, which leads you through the entry foyer to the kitchen, breakfast area, dining room, and Great Room/family room with a warm and cozy fireplace – all in an open floor plan. The screened rear porch extends the size of the living areas and can be used during special occasions in warm weather.

The hallway on the right leads you past the powder room to the master bedroom suite, with its master bathroom and walk-in closet. Two other bedrooms and a study/office that could also be a bedroom are located in this part of the house, along with a full shared bathroom with two sinks. Going up the stairs off the entry foyer leads you to the play room, which could be another, fifth, bedroom with a full bathroom and reach-in closet.

Other amenities provided by the house include the laundry room, closed-off storage in the garage, walk-in kitchen pantry, rear patio, and other closets for lots of storage in the home.

  • ELECTRICAL LAYOUT: Specifications, notes, schedules, and plan defining the location of panels, service, lighting fixtures, switches, outlets, fans, etc. NOTE – PLEASE VERIFY
  • FRONT, REAR, AND SIDE ELEVATIONS: The front, rear, and side elevations of the house as drawn. Shows placement of doors & windows on exterior of house, as well as roof pitches, ridge heights, and locations of chimney, exterior vents, etc. The elevations show the positioning of the final grade of the lot, exterior finishes, and other details that are necessary to give the home exterior architectural styling.
  • CROSS SECTIONS AND INTERIOR DETAILS: Explain certain special conditions more appropriately. A cross section is basically a view of the home (or parts of the home) if it were sliced down the center. These details can be helpful for the contractor.
