This Contemporary Spanish or Southwestern home is one of a kind with regard to planning and design. The house covers a total heated area of 2770 square feet plus a basement level that has a suggested floor plan if you decide to finish it in the future.
If you have an eye for great design you will adore this house. It provides an inner courtyard upon entering its entrance tower. The courtyard provides a lounge area where the family can share the warmth provided by a fireplace. A covered walk leads you to the great room, dining area, and kitchen with an open floor plan.

- Upper-Level Plan (if needed) - same information as Main Level.
- Main Level Electrical Plan - electrical outlets, switches, and light locations shown.
- Upper-Level Electrical Plan (if needed) - electrical outlets, switches, and light locations shown. (sometimes just the lighting is shown)
- Exterior Elevations - Elevations of the Front and Right side with notes, dimensions, and material designations.
- Sections and details - One or more building sections to show vertical relationships and construction plate heights, details as needed.
These items are NOT included:
- Architectural or Engineering Stamp - handled locally if required.
- Site Plan - handled locally when required.
- Mechanical Drawings (location of heating and air equipment and ductwork) - your subcontractors handle this.
- Plumbing Drawings (drawings showing the actual plumbing pipe sizes and locations) - your subcontractors handle this.
- Energy calculations - handled locally when required.
