You'll love the simple design of this Country Ranch style home. The plan features an angled garage with bonus room above and has a wide-open floor plan. The house has a total area of 4,040 square feet of finished and unfinished space under its roof, and its angled 622- square-foot 2-car garage opens at the courtyard.
Upon stepping up to the front of the house, you'll find the covered front porch and grand entrance door. Beyond, the open-floor-plan Great Room opens to the rear screened porch, which can double the space of the Great Room during large gatherings in warm weather.
The master bedroom suite is located at the right side of the house and supported by a nice full bathroom and walk-in closet. On the opposite side, you can find the other two bedrooms with a shared full bathroom. Going up the stairs will lead you to the bonus room above the garage.

- ROOF PLAN: Dimensioned plan showing the elements that make up the roof, including notation of spacing and schematics of peaks and valleys.
- ELECTRICAL LAYOUT: Specifications, notes, schedules, and plan defining the location of panels, service, lighting fixtures, switches, outlets, fans, etc. NOTE – PLEASE VERIFY
- FRONT, REAR, AND SIDE ELEVATIONS: The front, rear, and side elevations of the house as drawn. Shows placement of doors & windows on exterior of house, as well as roof pitches, ridge heights, and locations of chimney, exterior vents, etc. The elevations show the positioning of the final grade of the lot, exterior finishes, and other details that are necessary to give the home exterior architectural styling.
- CROSS SECTIONS AND INTERIOR DETAILS: Explain certain special conditions more appropriately. A cross section is basically a view of the home (or parts of the home) if it were sliced down the center. These details can be helpful for the contractor.
