This Luxury Rustic style house is an extravagant vacation home with a floor plan that is spacious and inviting. The house covers a total floor area of 5,056 square feet of finished and unfinished space under its roof, with a 932-square-foot 3-car garage, 382 square feet of porches, and 3742 square feet of finished, conditioned living space. The garage opens onto the courtyard, and its oversize car bays have plenty of space for a workshop area and storage areas.
Stepping up to the front of the house, you'll be impressed by the rustic home's grand entrance, which ushers you into the Great Room, kitchen, breakfast area, and dining space, all in an open floor plan. A welcoming fireplace is on the right side of the Great Room where residents and guests alike can gather and enjoy the warmth it gives.
A hallway at the left leads you to the private master bedroom suite, which supported by a luxurious full master bathroom and walk-in closet with direct access to the laundry room. On the opposite side of the home is another short hallway that leads to the other two private bedrooms with a shared full bathroom.
Going up the stairs by the mud room leads you to the bonus room over the garage. Other amenities that can be found in the house are the study, which could be a 4th bedroom; laundry room; and powder room.

- FOUNDATION PLAN: Dimensioned plan detailing the location and size of footings, slabs, reinforcing steel, and other structural elements that are required to support the load of the upper floors.
- ROOF PLAN: Dimensioned plan showing the elements that make up the roof, including notation of spacing and schematics of peaks and valleys.
- ELECTRICAL LAYOUT: Specifications, notes, schedules, and plan defining the location of panels, service, lighting fixtures, switches, outlets, fans, etc. NOTE – PLEASE VERIFY
- FRONT, REAR, AND SIDE ELEVATIONS: The front, rear, and side elevations of the house as drawn. Shows placement of doors & windows on exterior of house, as well as roof pitches, ridge heights, and locations of chimney, exterior vents, etc. The elevations show the positioning of the final grade of the lot, exterior finishes, and other details that are necessary to give the home exterior architectural styling.
- CROSS SECTIONS AND INTERIOR DETAILS: Explain certain special conditions more appropriately. A cross section is basically a view of the home (or parts of the home) if it were sliced down the center. These details can be helpful for the contractor.
