This attractice Modern Farmhouse has a great front porch, courtyard entry garage, vaulted great room, and coffered ceilings in the study and dining room. The house covers 4,518 square feet of finished and unfinished space under its roof and offers 3 bedrooms with full bathrooms and a half bath.

The 565-square-foot 2-car garage is diagonally located at the courtyard and has a back entrance through the laundry area. Stepping up to the front of the house leads you to the wide-span covered front porch that serves the grand entrance door leading0 to the living room, kitchen, and breakfast area with an open floor plan. The covered rear porch is designed with direct access from both the living room and breakfast area.

A step away from the living room on the left side is the master bedroomsuite with full bathroom and walk-in closet. On the opposite side of the home are the other 2 bedrooms with a shared full bathroom.

  • ELECTRICAL LAYOUT: Specifications, notes, schedules, and plan defining the location of panels, service, lighting fixtures, switches, outlets, fans, etc. NOTE – PLEASE VERIFY
  • FRONT, REAR, AND SIDE ELEVATIONS: The front, rear, and side elevations of the house as drawn. Shows placement of doors & windows on exterior of house, as well as roof pitches, ridge heights, and locations of chimney, exterior vents, etc. The elevations show the positioning of the final grade of the lot, exterior finishes, and other details that are necessary to give the home exterior architectural styling.
  • CROSS SECTIONS AND INTERIOR DETAILS: Explain certain special conditions more appropriately. A cross section is basically a view of the home (or parts of the home) if it were sliced down the center. These details can be helpful for the contractor.

  • Architectural or Engineering Stamp - handled locally if required.
  • Site Plan - handled locally when required.
  • Mechanical Drawings (location of heating and air equipment and ductwork) - your subcontractors handle this.
